Peace, Joy & Harmony Tour

In Northwest Italy, four of the synchronic lines which flow around the earth like the energy meridians of the body used in acupuncture, meet to form a point of projection with a high vibration for spiritual connection and synchronized thought to benefit humanity.

Through history, sacred sites have sprung from the powerful forces of the intersections of the synchronic lines including Tibetan monasteries, the Egyptian pyramids, Stonehenge in Britain and Greek temples.

These strong vibrations have brought many people interested in spirituality to this part of Italy. The nine sacri monti, 17th and 18th Century monasteries built in the mountains, are here. They are now UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Mirapuri, a city of peace, divine love and human unity is nearby. It was founded by Michel Montecrossa, in honor of Sri Aurobindo, the creator of Integral Yoga and Mother Mira Alfassa. They hold music, literature, and film festivals throughout the year as well as yoga, health, peace and consciousness raising events.

Damanhur, an eco-community whose members believe that every human being is divine and we are all here to live together in harmony with each other and the earth is also nearby.

Many Hindu communities have centers nearby including the Krishna Consciousness, Ammachi, Babaji, Ananda, Sathya Sai Baba, and the Vedanta Society.

On the Joy, Peace and Harmony Tour we are going to draw from the forces present here to experience the spiritual joy, peace and harmony of this area.

We will combine meditation, visits to spiritual sites, hikes in the mountains and joyful celebrations. Most meals will be provided. We will be serving gourmet Italian vegetarian meals.

Friday: We will pick you up from Milano Malpensa Airport. You will arrive at the house and get settled. We will prepare a special welcome dinner for you at the house.

Saturday: In the morning, we will take a silent meditation walk along the Sesia River. On the way back, we'll check out the produce at the farmers market in front of the house. In the afternoon, we will visit Mirapuri where we will stay into the evening. We will visit the Miravinci Meditation Center and the Information Center to see the plans for the Future Mirapuri project. We will mingle among the Rainbow Gathering participants where you may choose to participate in a drum circle, hatha yoga or whatever spontaneous events occur. It is also a religious holiday called the Feast Day of the Assumption when the angel told Mary that she was going to give birth to Jesus. It is also the birthday of Sri Aurobindo and the Foundation Day of Mirapuri. We will attend a special meditation service at the Miravinci Meditation Center at Mirapuri. The Temples of Humankind is an extraordinary building built into the mountain containing underground rooms called the Hall of Mirrors, the Hall of Water, the Hall of the Earth, the Labyrinth and the Hall of Metals.
