This condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins. The condo is located in the Silver Springs Subdivision near the Red Roof. Park City offers world class skiing along with a world class film festival, the Sundance Film Festival. Whether you go to Park City for the skiing, for summer activities, for shopping at the Main Street shops, or just to catch a brew at Park City's own Wasatch Microbrew Pub, you will enjoy the magic of being in this beautiful place. There is bus service to your door from the Salt Lake City Airport.

Fee: Fee varies based on week requested. It also requires an additional REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $500 authorized to a major credit card. The person making the reservation must be 21 years old or older. A copy of a valid driver's license, identification card or passport will be required for proof of age. 

Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, cashier's check, personal check, money order, or PayPal.

(Personal checks must clear the bank before time of stay.) All reservations will be paid in U.S. dollars.

IMPORTANT: The fee is nonrefundable so be sure that you are committed to the time of stay. You may purchase trip insurance if you are concerned about interruptions in your vacation outside your control.
